Day 6. The week is almost over! I'm feeling better than ever, and my craving for sweets has even diminished a bit.
Today I made a fresh batch of simple humus. It's straightforward, doesn't include tahini, and has a hint of lemon for brightness.
My favorite part of making humus is dipping yummy things in it. Carrots. Celery. Pita bread. Grapes. Yes grapes. Chicken. You name it.
So tonight I spread hummus on some petite oak leaves, and added flaked tuna, raisins, and feta. Twas amazing. The tuna made it filling and everything else made it healthy. You should try it.
